It has come to our attention that the registered name of "Wobblehead" is
being displayed on your Web page. The name "Wobblehead is a registered
trademark of the Wobblehead Lure Company and may not be used under any
circumstances without the written permission of its owners.
Please contact the user so they may remove or change the name "Wobblehead"
Wobblehead Lures, Inc. does not wish to enter into any unwanted litigation
concerning this matter, however, we will continue to protect and conserve
our rights to the name.
If no response is received within two weeks, our
attorneys will be notified of the situation and take any appropriate
